Shipping
Processing Time
We ship orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our studio.
Domestic Shipping (France)
We ship via La Poste Colissimo for reliable, trackable delivery:
- Standard: 2-3 business days • €6.50
- Express: 1 business day • €12.00
Free standard shipping on orders over €100.
European Union Shipping
We ship throughout the EU via Colissimo International:
- Standard: 4-7 business days • €12.00
- Express: 2-3 business days • €24.00
No customs fees within the EU.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by destination:
- North America: 7-14 business days • €28.00
- UK: 5-10 business days • €18.00
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days • €35.00
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and vary by destination.
Packaging
Each item is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in eco-friendly packaging. We treat every piece with the care it deserves.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your vintage find. If something doesn't work out, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return Policy
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us through our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order
- We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Include the return authorization number in your package
- Ship the item back to our studio (you're responsible for return shipping costs)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
Because most of our items are one-of-a-kind, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the piece you prefer.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "final sale" or purchased at a discount of 30% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
We carefully inspect and photograph each piece before shipping, but mistakes can happen. We'll always make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim.
We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or arranging for signature confirmation on high-value orders.
